The old clothing menu used to appear when you created a character however since the clothing update it was removed. Would be good to see this back in the game to prevent people abusing new players and robbing them for ID cards etc. +1 

Non gang members can also hide their vehicles, there is still other ways for it to show up as "Unknown" on the PNC

The "Public" carparks are shown as there government carparks and the police work for the government. There is still many ways for you to hide a vehicle which you might not know about. -1

Its a good idea mate however if you right click it closes it for you

this will just result in gangs mass reporting there cars stolen before pushing another gang turf. -1 

Same thing has happened to me a few times, i have also noticed that if you pull out the weapon when sliding across a car bonnet for example it wont work. It will appear as out in your hot bar however wont work until you put it away and pull it back out

I love the idea however it does not make sense, the police have this as there all service vehicles were as a gangs car park are all personal vehicles.  -1 

Simple suggestion, the chairs in the VSPS Briefing room dont work. I'm suggesting a way to add this ability just like the briefing room in Mission Row has.  The room is located on Floor 3

To also add onto this bug report the vehicle also gets caught by speed cameras when going over the speed limit for that road. https://i.gyazo.com/9b028e59201203647b96b91621c71616.mp4

That's what i assumed however if someone turned on there body camera in a car there would be no way of knowing
