Please (in detail) describe the incident: We was in a pursuit with a bike which came back to a Mr Gall Bob. In this pursuit the lad accidently drove his bike into the water and it seems he "rage quit" and combat logged.

We could not take this to ts as he never returned

Good evening,

It is clear by the evidence provided & after searching through some logs that the player in question does indeed combat log.
They reconnect shortly after and continue to go about their business with no attempt at all to make officers aware via OOC methods, due to the above I will be actioning this report with the following today:
