Roleplay - we are not limited to GTA’s base game. It would be too dangerous to perform any medical on someone with a firearm, and live ammunition, on them.

Don’t want to risk the gun discharging whilst providing medical. Therefore, we seize it beforehand. Yes. We cannot use the same evidence in an OOC Report and IC Police Report.

If appeals changed to one week, people would care less about getting banned so they’d commit more Road Crime as they know the punishment isn’t harsh.   It would have the complete opposite effect of what banned licenses should have.
