Go for 8086k, then a z370 board. To bad ram is a bit pricey atm

Looks good to me. I would go for 8700k though i use games and programs using HT. Im currently on a 6800k, and 1080. Dont have any clientside issues with fps/lag. Kav with full server is always gonna be a pain in the ass
