I have seen this guy quote that specific line on so  many comp requests it is unreal. Every time they get accepted and every time the unscheduled restart rule over rules it.

Thanks for the advice, but the guy drove off and I didn't catch his name, maybe it is in the logs when he took it to the chop shop and the admins can catch him.
