What was lost: Full Hemtt box of processed meth.

Value of item/money lost ( Provide the grand total): 782k

Quick description of what happened: We were playing on server #2, we processed our meth and were nearly at jessy to sell the batch when the server (I'm guessing) got DDOS'd and went offline without any warning.

And here are the things we are unable to compensate.

  • Housing Storage Boxes ( Completely at your own risk - Most peoples are trouble free)
  • Anything stored in storage ( Again at your own risk )
  • T Menu items ( Gold / Drugs / Clams / Oil / Salt / Copper etc etc)
  • Houses/Garages (They auto expire after 60 days of not logging on)
  • Under 100k requests when you have more than 1 million in your account.
  • User Error ( You accidentally pressed the wrong button or you jumped out a window)
  • Client Issues ( Your Arma 3 crashed - This is your own responsibility)
  • Arma Issues ( Random Deaths/ Glitching / Flying in the air / Random Explosions)
  • Server 2 going offline past 12am (Yes it will happen without warning, Its upto you to switch to S1)

Firstly here are the things we accept as a valid compensation request.

  • VDM/RDM (Please link your player report thread - We need evidence to process)
  • Robbed in Greenzone ( Please link your player report thread - We need evidence to process)
  • Client Desync ( Example: Someone desynced into you)
  • Hackers (Please state date & time)
  • Unannounced restarts

I think Parq's point is that even though there's a valid reason for your items being lost the admin team won't refund them because they are T menu items. Sorry man, you'll just have to do another run.

I think if theres a restart, t menu items will be refunded?

I'm sorry been caught up in work. The post was made imediatly after the server went down.

I didn't have shadowplay running at the time but the server restarted out of nowhere. Numerous people were saying "DDOS" in side chat aswell as alot of people were getting kicked aswell.

I have seen this guy quote that specific line on so  many comp requests it is unreal. Every time they get accepted and every time the unscheduled restart rule over rules it.
