Tempest comes back after restart. Btw a plate carrier only cost 7,500 and a shemag is 750. But other than that since you didnt loose your tempest. That comes to a total of 44,507 so you can't be comped buddy. 100k is how much you need to have lost to be comped. Unless your tempest was scrapped. 

The server was running fine. I was able to sync data then the server crashed. it wasnt a restart I don't think. It crashed

1st of all you broke RP second of all you rammed the dude to cause a explosion which is vdm by you. You are not allowed to ram vehicles so you broke 2 rules. You probably will not be comped. Seeing that it is your fault for causing the explosion
