The ambient temperature of my room is 25.6 degrees. My GPU is at 33 degrees. The air coming out of the back of my PC is 24.0 degrees. Weird...

Cooling slows the time it takes for components to reach high temperatures, how do you not understand this? If you got a number of fans in scale w/ the radiator to cool the raditator the radiator wouldn't reach 80 degrees in the first place meaning it couldn't heat up the room to 80 degrees also.

Cheaper to buy a better cooling solution for a PC than it is for a whole room though.

You can buy a fan splitter which allows you to use connect multiple fans to one slot. I'd recommend buying a case that has front fan capabilities for intake and top and back for the exhaust.  Here's mine for example:

The air being exhausted wont really increase the overall temperature of your components. If you want to keep your room cool then there's many more options available. With a modest room temperature and suitable cooling for the PC you should be okay especially here in the UK, my PC actually cools...

I did literally no revision for my GCSE's last year despite being expected all A-A*s. As long as you can get into your college courses (normally just 5 C's min) or whatever you want to do next you should be good, don't fret lads.

Could be your low amount of RAM causing major stuttering. ArmA 3 will only use around 3GB maximum (as it's 32bit) however your OS will more than likely use the remaining 1GB and more. Take a screenshot of your task manager (performance tab) and post it here when you experience the low FPS.

Personally I'd like to see a VGA/DVI output but I guess DisplayPort and HDMI 2.0b are the thing now. Might have to buy a new monitor when I get this card also, still worth it tho.
