But yea I kinda get it. 52 cops when I came online today at 8pm, never seen so many to tell you the truth. It's usually 30 odd.
If officers are utilizing their taser too quickly this is a matter for the unit that has oversight of taser. Make a complaint ingame and it'll get dealt with I assure you (my unit)
Unfortunatly your suggestion does not take into account the people who are only interested in playing as Police. Do you think people will just go "Oh, I can't play as Police; I'll give crim a go tonight"? Unfortunatly though this may be the case for some people, other people will just not play...
I'm so glad to see this suggestion doing well! But yea I totally agree: a minority may spoil it for the majority so this problem should ideally be designed out by what you've suggested.
We used to have ATM robbery in Altis and it worked really well. A different narrative from the usual shop burglary. Bring back ATM robberys! Was so fun +1

I would say your people to watch are your whitelisted groups, gangs and factions. It depends what you wannado. If you wanna be a criminal, then you should seek out whitelisted gangs. For who these are, it's a find out in RP thing (talk to people ingame)
