As it stands the LSFS has one station over near marabunta turf and lets be honest its a little outdated now i propose a new MLO for the station to breathe some much needed love into the fire service lately there has been an increase in fire applications and fire fighters on duty and i think its time for an upgrade
Now this isn't just for show it has practical benefits to it such as the currant new fire engines barely fit in the station and it looks rather silly when they are inside, it give fire on duty an opportunity to base themselves out of their station and have pride in it rather than just waiting at pillbox making an already cramped space even more cramped, it also has the potential to generate more interest and breath even more life back into fire, depending on the MLO could give us better space to train

Gives fire some where to be when there is no fires
Gives potentially more room for our vehicles
Depending on the MLO or change could give us more room to train

Depending on the location could affect the parking behind the station
Does this effect the server balance: In my opinion no
