Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Missing bumper upgrades for Intruder
Provide a full description of the bug: While I was upgrading the dealership Intruder demonstrator, I've found that the custom front and rear bumpers are not available in the custom shop (Auto Exotic in this case).
Believe this is the same issue with the Blista (previously reported - Bug #625)
