Add a Ranger contact option

Brief Summary:

Similar to Mechanic, NHS, Police and Solicitors; add an option for Park Rangers. 

Detailed Suggestion:

It would be nice to be able to contact a Park Ranger when you are out in the wilderness. As a Medic, there have been many times when I am unable to help a patient due to a mountain lion (and not having any legal weapons). It would improve RP to be able to contact a Ranger to assist, rather than ask the police to come out of their way to deal with a lower priority call.

The Pros:

Improve Quality of RP

Add more for Rangers to do

Lowers the amount of small calls to Police, which take up a lot of time.

The Cons:

Ranger could end up getting mauled by a mountain lion, and now the NHS have two people to save.

Give Rangers access to weapons that are powerful against animals but weak against people. That way the position wouldnt be abused by folks looking for access to fire arms but would give rangers the ability to protect themselves and others from wildlife.
