Brief Summary: add estate agent job

Detailed Suggestion: as a new person to the city it is way to hard to find a house no new person is gonna go find  a house themself without getting to know the right people some people might get dismayed by this and leave but this will also add a new and intresting job for people to try out

The Pros: help new people find a house easier

New job for people to try out that are bored with their old job

The Cons: could be annoying if u can only buy a house when a estate agent is on becuase if it is anything like dealerships then we will have to wait a bit

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? It shouldent

 
These people already exist on the server, just need to find one. Try Tweedle etc… should be pretty easy.

Possibly a few of them, but there is several people that do what you are describing above. 

 
Besides that, the con you mentioned isn't really a con. If you are looking for a state agent you need a person. Same happens with the dealerships.
