Brief Summary: I suggest adding some more variety in shoes. A good option that comes with a lot of variety would be https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/ultimate-shoes-pack-for-franklin-add-on
Detailed Suggestion: Shoes in this city have always been somewhat bland and boring, due to the limited selection it can be tough to find the "right" pair. Since the clothing update, this improved somewhat, but there is still a rather small selection and no import clothing available as yet. With this modpack, it would add:
- Air Jordan I(x16),
- Air Jordan IV(x14),
- Air Jordan V(x12),
- Air Jordan VIII(x10),
- Air Jordan XII(x8),
- Air Jordan XIII(x10),
- Air Jordan XXXI(x18),
- Air Jordan Spike 40(x8),
- Air Jordan Lunar Hyperquickness(x12)
- Nike Air Force I(x16),
- Nike Air Max I(x16),
- Nike Hyperdunk 2014(x16),
- Nike Hyperlive(x6),
- Nike KD9(x10),
- Nike Yeezy 2(x6),
- Reebok Pump D-Time(x6).
- Adidas Crazyquick 3(x10),
- Adidas D Rose 6 Boost(16),

The Pros: More clothing! Better opportunity for tailoring an outfit for your character, and deeper RP potential (people already rob each other's Jordans - why not have the shoes to show for it!). The vast variety of colours/styles means there will be something for everyone, gang or otherwise.
The Cons: Only thing I could think of could be potential copyright, but if import cars are fine, then clothing should be no different.
