Brief Summary:
Add inventory space to the backpacks/duffle bags, but also lower walking/running speed for those that wear one
Detailed Suggestion:
Would love it if we could have 50 more inventory space via backpacks, and maybe a 'drop backpack' function where you drop the backpack and all the items in the backpack drop on the floor, but to add balance, you walk and run slightly slower with a backpack/duffle bag on. Would also improve RP as deals could be made differently, and robbing would get affected as you can see who has a backpack on. Also, getting away from the cops with a backpack full of illegal goods will be more difficult since you're slower, but you also have the opportunity to drop it and come back to it later if you're smart enough. Maybe use the injured walk for those with backpacks on as you're much slower with that.

IMO, no. As you're now slower with a backpack on, not everyone will use one 24/7
