Brief Suggestion:

Add Kraken Avisa submarine

Detailed Suggestion:

I believe a submarine would be great addition to the game for the rich and wealth and there is a lot of interest for one as I've been asked many times if we have any. The way I thought of it being added but not being overpowered would be to auction it off every month or every other month so that they aren't too common and not everyone will be able to get one. I believe its already in the game but blacklisted, so it would just have to be un-blacklisted. 

Pros:

- New vehicle

- Underwater activities

- Sea exploration events

Cons:

- Could be used for illegal activities but I doubt it would be of much use due to the limited number there will be

ive got a treasure hunt event lined for locations like that. diving tanks to be made purchasable would be a great addition too
