Adding a more powerful type of .308 bullet

This would add a more powerful version of the .308 bullet that is hard to obtain. It can only be obtained through crafting. The recipe would include most of the normal things to make bullets plus the .308 round and 1 steel bar. This would make a more powerful version of the .308 bullet that would be on the same level as a marksman pistol or at least a 1 shot headshot.

no, please, the hunting rifle is weak due to the easy(ish) access most people have to it, making it a possibility to get a 1 shot headshot weapon because of a easy crafting recipe is not it imo.
giving access to this type of bullet would change the meta in multiple ways making it worse for some and better for others(if that makes sense)
first time a cop is shot with it would put hunting rifles on the same list as any other firearms, making basically anyone lose it even if they actually use it for it's intended purpose simply due to the risk factor of "what if they have it?"
hunting would be more limited than already is(not meant in a bad way towards rangers) and the charges on your PNC would have alot bigger say in getting said license anyway
and hunting rifles itself would just, well, raise in price since they're actually worth something now as it's a easy to get sniper rifles for people with the intend to make use of that fact.

While i think making the Hunting rifle better or having a better ammo is a good idea. it's a .308 after all. It should either be extremely dangerous or challenging to get access to that ammo maybe even in a hidden location giving only a few people that might find it access to this new superior ammo. that maybe is a 2 shot headshot. or 3-4 in the chest or something like that. as it would not make it better then other weapons per say. while still making it somewhat viable to use. 
so +1 but it should be a bit different.
