Brief Summary: Add handcuff/Ziptie to the keybinds
Detailed Suggestion: So currently Restrain is set to alt + R however with nvidia shadowplay and some other pieces of software that people use, this bind will not work if you use these (me included), by making the keybind be customisable and even expend on it for ziptying can then benefit a large number of people
The Pros:
- Allows the ability to quickly restrain someone with out having to use the "Alt Eye" for everyone and still be able to use shadow play
- Avoids situations where someone is tased, tackled, knocked down from just getting back up and running off because of the time it can take to use the current system
The Cons:
- Some Dev time and work, not a dev myself so no idea how long that would take
Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
No, this is already a system in place, expanding on it opens it up to more people and make it easier to use / access
