Age Requirement

Before I even start this is not asking for the age requirement to be lowered. My question is if it ever will be, The rebel life has become boring so basically, the only time I log in is to play as NHS. I've heard people say that since Arma 3 is 16+ it will never change but I've also heard that it could be removed, thanks.
