AI spawning in player vehicles

Sometimes after pulling a vehicle out of the garage, there is an AI inside who is invincible and can't be pulled from the drivers seat

This is a fivem thing as far as i know been happening on other servers, wait till they steal your car when you get out seen that happen aswell

Not seen this to be an issue in a long time. It is my understanding that it was fixed on CFX's end.
