Description of what happened: After roleplaying with a rebel, this gentleman came up to me and questioned what i was saying about him, after i said it was not of his concern he got into his vehicle VDMing me and ramming my hatchback, after this i began a persuit, once he was detained with the help of my fellow officers he began to jump out of my car every time i put him in, i questioned how he was doing so with his hands to firmly tired behind his back.
What Rule Was Broken ?:[SIZE=medium]3A)[/SIZE][SIZE=medium] VDM[/SIZE]

If you have been restrained or Ziptied you are no longer able to use any communication to contact your friends or gang members, This includes: group chat/teamspeak/skype or any other way of communication.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no
Shadowplay doesnt seem to want to record sound for some reason.
