Description of what happened:
Was playing as medic, RPing in kavala when a police officer and I were both RDM'd by Alex. As well as this, he was constantly typing in direct "Fuck the police", which I see as trolling.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
1C, 3B, 3C, 3M
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No, the player RDM'd several people as well as spamming chat with messages. He wasn't the type of player that's easy to resolve a situation with.
