All Time Top Criminals - To Date

I thought this would be interesting to see peoples opinions new/old. NCA used to do a "NCA Most Wanted" so i wanted to find out what the communities Hierarchy of criminals is. So who is the most notorious criminal. I am intrigued to find out peoples Top 10 most notorious criminals all time. Could be dead/alive but has to be  Keep it civil too everyone. Lets get copperdogs opinions too. 

Ill start with mine:

1. Charles CottonEye (obviously )

2. John Pope (Legend, but also a religious man somehow)

3.  Old Man (dont get enough credit for his work imo)

4. Sean Glasgow (mad man)

5. Father Augustus (dont wanna hear nothing about a chapel roof in this post haha)

6. KC 

7. Jack Mckenzie

8. John Callaghan

9. Bobby Wink

10. Antonio Garcia (all time great)

No doubt i have missed some absolute legends but thats what i came up with on the spot. So, lets hear yours
