Similar to how anyone can pay council tax to a house they have keys to - Players should be able to pay speeding tickets to vehicle's they have keys to. I use a vehicle of a friends daily but he VERY rarely flies in and I would love to pay the fines I have incurred on his vehicle. 1. So I don't have to worry about losing it as I have also paid for the vehicle and the keys and 2. Because I'm worried he will eventually lose it due to the fines racking up on it. I have tried to go to the police to deal with this in RP by asking if there is a way I could pay them and they could note that the fines have been paid but unfortunately, they said there is no way this can be done. Just an idea which I'm sure would benefit lots of people.

Kind of mixed feelings on this as well as house tax, while it would be great from a QoL standpoint it makes it very easy for people to powergame having their friends who don't play just come on to buy them houses and cars to use so that they're registered to another name and can't be linked back to them.

Yeah I get what you mean, perhaps there's a way to list co-owners so we can be linked back to the vehicle as well
 
Wait.... we can pay the house tax to a house we don't own??? Since when? This would make my life SO much easier :ROFLMAO:

What could counter this though is simply adding a data to paid fines to say who paid the fine. Therefore we see a vehicle doing a lot of crimes we search it and see whos been paying tickets.
 
+1 on paying for tickets, if it works and isn't too hard to implant, would be also aiding with some other "RP" cases
