Dear Citizens of Altis,
On Friday the 1st of May there will be an air show taking place on the main airfield!
All citizens are invited if they agree to the following conditions -
There is to be no firearms excluding members of the Police and Royal Air Force
There is to be no balaclavas or suspicious clothing, neck warmers are accepted
There is to be no stealing of property
There is to be no FIGHTING
And - You MUST have fun!
The airshow is going to be attended by the very own! Royal Air Force
Alongside these are - Air Commadore - Commander of Operations on HMS Ark Royal [VC, DSC]
FLT Hatchingdraggon - Head of aerial surveillance and mapping [VC]
FLT Marc Smith
The ground units names are yet to be disclosed for safety purposes - However we do have Paratroopers from the 42nd Parachute Regiment providing security, and maybe some parachuting displays.
The RAF will be arriving shortly after the show has begun from HMS Ark Royal and will land in a variety of Jets and Aerial vehicles -
Such as....
AV8B Buzzard - Latest version of the AV8B, brought into service in 2035
TO 119 Raptor Aircraft - Latest CAS and AA Jet brought into service in 2037
Feel free to approach any RAF/Paras who will be carrying either a SA80 (MK20) or Vermin (MP5A5) wearing a British Carrier Rig and RAF uniform. They can explain the basically anything about the RAF or the RAF's vehicles.
Obviously if you bring your own vehicle make sure you contact the Air Commadore situated in the ATC with his team so we can get you a slot to show off your skills! But be careful, in case of emergency, specialists will be deployed to clear up the wreck!
One final message...
Have fun! This air show is about fun!
All vehicles are accepted EXCEPT and vehicles that are not allowed under the British Law - EG - Ifrits off road 50 cals, etc...
The event preparations start at 8:30 and the RAF are scheduled to land at 8:40 however weather conditions are unpredictable!
