Any FIFA16 player tips?

So, I play fifa 16 on the xbox360. And I keep on struggling a lot, whatever formation I use.

That  is my team currently, 

I'd have 30k coins, and I will need to improve it and swap formations in my opinion.
Do you guys have any recommended BPL formations?
On the bench I d' have Sigurdsson, Kaboul. Stones, Rondon, Fellaini, Johnson, Dyer and on the second bench only bojan.
I've also got 30k coins to spend

I would really like to have some feedback on my team since it's playing trash for me.. lol

You need that key player that creates openings. I'm unsure of the prices right now sadly but you should invest in a player like Fabregas or a striker with a lethal finish as pace isn't the key factor anymore. I've been playing ultimate team for a long time and I've had millions of coins only to realise it's personal preference. I've had nearly every player apart from Messi, Ronaldo and Legends [Not fifa 16 shit fell apart on this]. Look at James Vardy or something he might be cheap.

I've bought Ramires and Mirallas yesterday, I hope they can bring some difference in my team. If not, I will probably save up a lot to finally buy Fabregas, I have always liked his passing. But what about people like schweinsteiger? I think he's decent but the pace is just a let down, isn't it?

You don't really need major pace at CM. He's a good player. I should be getting 300k tomorrow and I'm going to experiment a few players so I can let you know. Shweinsteiger is actually a good one but I haven't played with him, he'd be a good midfielder though
