Arma is unstable

you need a driver remover for your gcard, then re-install.

The error in your screenshot generally can appear from the following;

Removing another display (monitor) (whilst ingame & set to fullscreen)

Adding another monitor (as above)

Driver crash.

Bad update.

too many Directx hooks.

It's when a program calls a directX function e.g. display a overlay on the screen

I'm a noob (of course) could someone explain what that is?
Okay, lets say you have Arma running,

Well there's Steam overlay, but you also have overwolf so you can see who's talking on TS while ingame.... you have shadowplay running to capture those crazy RDMers... well that comes with an overlay now.... and you have graps running to watch your FPS... another overlay....

it goes on and on and on...

Ngl GeForce experience comes with a built in frame counter if you enable it so no need for Fraps!

I personally set shadow play quality to medium because with my old dual 750TI's if struggle to save the last 15mins. So maybe try a medium quality shadow play?

Overwolf is literally a frame killer. Try finding a teamspeak plugin besides that, because it's the worst thing I've ever used alongside Arma!

I only record the past two mins since I usually forget to delete recording and everything else Samat said is true medium is a great quality to record on and overwolf sucked my frames so bad I crashed 4-5 from a graphics error caused by it.

Have a look over on the Teamspeak Plugin area, normally some are good and I'd personally recommend Shadowplay if you have a card from Nvidia.
