The younger Brother to Dexter chan , Chino lived in the slums of james town with his stepbrother, although not getting himself involved in the gang life he was fully aware of what was happening. Dexter chan used his house as a stash and as a vagos meet up spot. Witnessing drugs, guns and various illegal activity chino wanted no part of it. Then that fateful day happened , dexter was arrested for the trafficking of endangered species known as the amzonian deer, prized for its high quality leather dexter chan was making a killing. Sentenced to life for the many other crimes and murders committed he was left behind bars to rot and to never see the light again. Chino only had the last stash left of his brother , money was becoming a problem and rational thinking was slowly disappearing.
Chino had no income , living of his brothers glory and just a shadow he rose up to take his position slowly gaining trust and knowledge of the deep network of illegal activities his brother had left behind. Chino is here to stay and build his own story in Los santos
