Just last week me and a random hobo stole a mk20 from a police car. The police sent in a hummingbird after us (5 people in it), 2 hatchback sports and a hunter. The helicopter crashed, killing all the occupants, and one of the other officers also somehow died. I can confirm that this compares to the police chases on this server.
