Awards still aren't working

Hi, seemingly my old thread died through all the other topics..

I still didn't receive any awards/rewards for donating (my profile song isn't working) and my awards are not popping up  

I understand not everything is instant but we're talking about a week or so.. let alone my first donation never registered on the site but I did charge for.

Normally logging out and back in would trigger the award to you but if it's not working on that way it has to be given you manually like they did to me!

@Wilco does these manually but he has man flu at the minute. I'm sure he will get round to them when he is better.

but the first donation not registering is probable a technical issue :O
