Felix Morningstar grew up in an orphanage in the north of England, he never really had any friends growing up as the other children could always tell there was something.. off.. with him.. But he did have some friends who were a little strange themselves but they never lasted too long, you see Felix dosn't feel guilt and he feels pleasure in the simple things in life like hurting people and causing pain whether that be physical, emotional or mental, and eventually even the weird kids thought Felix was too much.. Though physical pain is his preference, from a young age he was in and out of institutes such as Young Offenders and Psychiatric wards and by in and out we do not mean that he was ever released from one of these establishments, he just always had a knack for escaping and running away.. They all diagnosed him with different things and never seemed to know what they were talking about to Felix, words thrown around like psychopathic tendencies or total sociopath.. It never really bothered him, each place was just another delay, another place to escape so he could go have some fun..
It's not all that surprising then to discover that Felix washed up on the shores of Altis at the age of 21 in a straight jacket.. And when we say washed up we mean that in the literal sense of the word, because Felix was being transported from the UK to America to a more secure facilities because as he got older he started to target humans rather than animals as he had as a boy.. While also developing an enjoyment of breaking the law, and while on his journey to the new facilities he manages to ram himself into a guard and send them both overboard, who knows what happened to the guard .. He managed to get out of the straitjacket by rubbing the material against some sharp rocks until it split open, he may have cut himself up in the meantime but things like injury and physical pain never really bother him, and then he headed inland... That is how Felix arrived in Altis..
Sometimes he can actually be nice and friendly, though that is mostly with criminals with a penchant for violence like himself, and possibly the way he found himself into the Kavala Crime Family.. One day he happened upon Mark Watney of the KCF escorting a kidnapped police offer and decided to join in on the fun, he was even more pleased when the guy took his advice and decided to drown the office in the ocean.. Later that day after meeting a couple more members of the Kavala Crime Family he joined up.. Already he has pushed the leaders of the family several times with his wild impulses as his behavior and personality push at the gang rules but he's made some good friends through the family such as Fluqi whom his considers like a kindred spirirt, though not free of useless guilt like Felix he does enjoy violence almost as much and is very good at it..
For now Felix mostly spends his time strolling the streets of Kavala leaving severely injured people and bodies in his wake as he amuses himself.. So if you see him running around doing something crazy best not be to approach, he could be singing.. Or even just screeching from a rooftop in exhilaration over a fresh kill just behind him.. How long the KCF will let him remain with them? Well time will tell, Felix dosn't mind staying with them as he is comfortable with them and friends with most.. But due to his quirks he never really gets over attached to people, so we will see what the future holds..
Felix having being kicked out of the gang after scaring a commander with death threats made new friends in Matt and Sebastian the irishman.. Having fun running round the city with them robbing and murdering people was a real high for him and it also saw a great increase in his weapon funds.. Eventually together the three with a friend called Maverick they reformed the Jelly Rangers.. Now he is high up without a rank and just known as the gangs psychopatch, his friends greatly enjoy watching him have his fun and getting covered in blood..
The Jelly Rangers didn't last long and they too disbanded each going their seperate ways while Felix went on a holiday from the island to his ancestral home of England.. He returns to see a few familiar faces and plans to have a whole bunch of fun..
