Suggestion:

Add a small note like with texts adding the date and time next to transfer history for all logs.
Add the session ID of the person that added money or removed money from a bank account.

The Pros:

Easier for the court to deal with.
Making sure that the right people send the money, easier to confirm who it was that sent you the money.

The Cons:

Dev work.

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
