banned from discord for no reason

i have been banned from the discord server for no reason, it is my first time joining the server ever and it said i had to join the discord, so i did and it wouldnt let me in could someone please help me get unbanned so i can play my discord is Amigo3#3031 and my discord id is 972190557092851763
