Be able to rename Sewer Rats with a Portable Label Device

Detailed Suggestion:
Lots of people like myself love to carry Sewer Rats on them as little pocket pets, and I love to give them a little name to give them more personality. I always carry my Sewer Rat especially when working various jobs. I think it would be a great addition to be able to name Sewer Rats. Not only does it allow for better RP by taking someone's Rat hostage, but also adds a bit more personality to an Item.

(Would also be a cool addition to be able to assign owners to the rats possibly. Maybe a custom name for the owner? (to not reveal player names)

The Pros:
- More personality to each person
- Allows for more creativity on the person's naming skills
- Brings in more RP opportunities
- A cute little addition
- People could sell named rats as pets

The Cons:
- Having to make the Sewer Rat Item have a nickname which could be extra dev work

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

It's clear how much your sewer rat means to you! As much as I'd like to let you name your rat, this item does have a purpose within the game, so it wouldn't really make sense for us to allow the renaming of it.

I hope you and your pet rat understand.
