Been banned not sure what for? (No response)

Hello, yesterday i got banned but im not to sure why ( i saw that a police officer got knock out so i walked up to him and i am new to the server... I scrolled down and saw rob the person so i clicked it next min i knew i was perm banned but when i went through all the rules there was nothing stating that i could not do this ( i was not in a green area either) Could you please tell me the reason i got banned and could i do anything to get unbanned?
