That pad with the buttons are is called a launchpad for Ableton (Music)



Basicly each button is a hotkey for a presampled sound on the program so everytime you press the button you play the sound attached to it. You can have shit ton of fun of it. Hope you got Ableton

im not too sure it usually ranges from 25-40 depending on where i am.
