Blackjack Spilt not paying Winning hand.

When you play a spilt in the blackjack if you loose one hand and win the other, the winning hand does not pay out the proper amount of play tokens on the winning hand 

In the video the primary hand has a 3 card 21

the secondry hand has an 18
