Detailed Suggestion:
On the server not well known it turns out to NHS members. Every character has a automatic blood type assigned to them that is present at the moment only when looking at police forensic labs. The NHS are not able to see blood types of people.
What should be allowed is NHS should be allowed to check peoples blood type. This in turn leads to some interesting things. NHS is one of the big RP first factions when it comes to medical stuff. Now imagine they had to do RP Blood drive events to get people to donate blood. So they could fill blood bags that can be used more in rp. Right now they just use a transfusion and always use same /me of O-. Imagine they had to actually select a blood type from a list that had set quantity based on donations. Thus making events in rp to keep the nhs afloat. And in dire needs rewards from nhs funds for donating said blood. It could also be like the NHS fridge where each hospital has own blood supply creating more blood drives to transport blood around.
Finally actual medical side. Correct blood is good. Bad blood = some bad effects and needs treating else death. And a medical malpractice for the nhs worker to face.
