Bring back the 8pm restart

I have been hearing some good arguments for this from both police and gangs.

Just want to see what the community thinks.

9am would stay the same. 
Afternoon restart would be something like 3pm

and then a 8pm restart as usual.

Also is a good time as it allows us (police) to get some trainings and briefings done before it all hits the fan at 8pm.

You can still do trainings before 8PM though? Time doesn't suddently start at 8, just a restart in between it. I don't see how this has an impact TBH.

8pm was a good time for me, by the time you've gotten home from work, gotten all the home bits done and prepped, you're not on until about 8pm anyway.  By this time a lot of stuff has happened and you tend to catch the tail end of bits which is never fun.

8PM restarts were much better in my opinion, it's just better for people getting home from work etc...

8pm restart was always much better.

It allowed for a ‘mini hype’ to get on the server as everyone would be already settled and done with IRL stuff for the day. People also made more use of their time on the server aswell as it was later and they’d inevitably have to go to bed at some point.
