Bring back the Arma perk system to FiveM

On Arma we had an advanced perk system. This system gave you a sense of progression and even had a prestige system as per of with unique awards. I'd love to see a system like that again.

The way it works is say you get upto 20 skills to too choose from but you can only choose 4. These perks could be all kinds of things but I think it'd be more fun if in this thread we discussed what perks would make sense. These could could be simple things like "when wearing glasses and on foot you can see the minimap" or things like that.

I think progression should be different things to different people, ie lockpicking, giving a ticket, sending someone to prison, treating a person, dealing a drug

I have been debating a suggestion similar for a while.

IMO letting us prestige skills would be great.

For those who wernt around for arma it came with 2 main pros:

1) Going up prestige levels will increase your paycheck (the civilian paycheck is very small anyway).

2) Prestige shop, now the items used in the arms shop wouldn’t well translate to FiveM, however things like vehicle livery’s ect or ability to verify a personal tweedle account would go down a well.
