So I own house #549 and ever since the last update I can't seem to park any vehicles at my house neither can my friend with a key

Hello @ThePenguinI confirmed on a dev server that the position shown in your video is correct and you should be able to park your vehicle there, especially as the last update didn't modify the parking area.
