can hear EVERYONE in the game when i'm not in proximity to anyone

i've recently been unbanned and never had this issue before loading back on after my ban.

i've tried every basic solution i can think of and also deleted my FiveM cache so i could re-download the server, but the issue is still happening

no one's replied to me in ooc or on the discord so i'm not sure if anyone knows a fix to this.

A bit late now, but are you sure you have changed your audio channel to the correct one. If you have two audiochannels for Audio the VOIP system does not work as intended. 

I use Steelseries Arctis and i get this problem but easily fixed by changing the channel.
