Cancel impounding option

a way yo stop impounding cars while as a cop or civ (if they have that option)

Just for clarification do you mean:

1. Stopping the actual progress of impounding
   
2. Removing a vehicle from the impound list (thus removing it as a job for mechanics)

i was aiming for option 1 for the progress of impounding to be stopped by pressing a designated button

So both attaching a vehicle to flatbed and impounding it (both as mechanic and polcie) can be canceled by pressing escape. It does briefly put you on the pause menu. But at the moment I don't see the need to add seperate functionality for this.

Moving to Rejected

EDIT: you can also cancel with backspace , which doesn't pause your game, so that should be all you need.
