Can't Access Discord

A little while back, my discord was hacked. I noticed that they sent messages around after I recovered my account. I was removed from a few servers including Roleplay UK and I am unable to rejoin the discord server.

I'd like to know how I can fix this so I can get back to playing on the FiveM server please?

I believe you can make an unban appeal on here showing proof that you have access to your discord again etc
