Cant get an ARAC spawn at hanger

So some of my gang members (LOV) and I logged onto the server and they all said spawn at ARAC, yet the only spawns i get it Kavala, Agios and Athira. How do i spawn in ARAC or is it bugged out? Thanks.

Buy the ARAC license for 1mil at the ARAC HQ this will allow you to spawn at the Airport as your gang members were saying. If you have the license and you don't get the option to spawn at the HQ file a bug report.
