Can't Hear In Vehicles

Started happening recently where I can't hear in vehicles. It works sometimes but other times it doesn't. I think it may be due to the handcuffing mechanics as it only happens when I'm hancuffed in police vehicles. I have Von on 100%.

I really think it's something to do with when I'm handcuffed as it only seems to happen then.
