Can't Make Police Application

Taken from mentor database, any questions about this bug please ask @ as he reported.
 
"User 'Mikous' attempted to make a forum account, no confirmation email was sent to spam or inbox yet he seemed to be able to make police application. Now can't access vital areas/functions of the forum and my application is on user 'Mikous' and the working;account is 'Mikous4' Manual account validation and automation validation don't work"

It has been noted before some email domains don't like receiving emails from ALUK.

I was able to make a police application in fact it was one of the few things I could do haha

This has probably been logged wrong, can you describe how your account is broke here, unless it's already fixed ?

That's about it but I can't do shit with my 'Mikous' account apart from make applications. Would like to have account Mikous deleted and account Mikous4 renamed accordingly .
