Can't place anything in the trunk of Bati if it's not uphill

Hey, i bought a Bati 801 bike and i CAN access it's trunk, and can input quantity etc but it says insufficient quantity when i try to deposit or remove something when i am on a normal surface but when i drive it on stairs or a bit uphill i can add and remove from it's trunk.

And overall access the trunk of bikes takes like 10 tries...
