cant push my car / take radio , i basicly cant do things that require shift + any button

for some reason i cant push cars or take my radio , im not sure but i think just all the combinations with shift + any button dont work .

any1 knows how to fix this?

i use azerty and i could just do stuf with shift appart  yes
