Can't see report a bug forum section

I seem to have a little problem with my forum access and I spoke to the TS mods and they said to speak to an admin or forum mod and I was looking at a post you made so I decided to message you! xD.

Basically, I used to have NHS tags but but a normal member. As of today, I have been given UNMC tags, lost my NHS tags, and been put in the forum group of UNMC member. (Which is all good as I'm a part of both NHS and UNMC.) The only problem is, I can't reply to posts which aren't my own, create posts, or find the report a bug section of the forums (It seems to have disappeared).

I was wondering if you could help me find a solution to these problems.

Forgot to mention, I can see posts in that section if they are linked to me, but can't then go back and view other posts there. Would you mind linking it to me please?

Thanks for posting. I seem to be able to reply to topics in this section of the forum only aswell. 

Edit: Just found out I can only reply to SOME of my own topics.

I think the issue has been resolved now somehow.
